I'm not probably the best person to write this review since I don't make the reservations, but I think I have enough experience to form an opinion. Some of the condos are really nice, but the one we stayed in most recently was a pretty big letdown. The previous year we had an amazing place with lots of space, good bathrooms, and a great layout. This year our condo felt cramped and never had enough hot water for all of us to shower at once. We were constantly cold and kept having to ask for more heaters, and the cleaning staff barely did anything. They kept putting dishes in the dishwasher, but never took any out so we pretty much ended up having to do the dishes and put them away on our own, which isn't a huge deal, but there probably wasn't any reason to pay for daily maid service if they aren't going to do anything. They provide a necessary service and seem pretty well-organized, but seems like they don't address issues with the condos very quickly since I doubt we were the first to notice that problems we had.
